okay, but some serious issues

The walls seemed paper thin. I could hear everything. every. single. thing. my room overlooked something. I'm not sure what. maybe a dumpster. also, the shower situation lacked privacy. It was basically a glass box in the middle of the room. we loved the pool. but the view was not amazing!

the bar staff really let me down, they were horrible. i thought there was a restaurant, but it was just random seats in the bar area. the service was basically non-existent. we couldn't even get anyone to clean the dirty table, even though we asked twice!

convenient cruise start

the location was excellent for accessing the cruise port and airport. the rooftop pool and bar offered a relaxing spot to unwind. i found our room spacious and the bed quite comfortable.. i slept very well. the reception staff was professional and very helpful too.

i thought the hotel was a bit far from other attractions. the cost of taxis added up, so keep it in mind if you want to explore.

the front desk service was very attentive, even late at night. the staff was equipped to help with any request quickly. the lobby included games, a pool table in great shape, and a cute atmosphere.
